This is the new Sony Xperia Pro
These were not the only phones offered by Sony today, because the Japanese company also showed us a smartphone designed for new Sony Xperia Pro video professionals, not yet ready to enter the market, but these are all its advantages.
This new Sony phone shares most specifications with the Xperia 1 II, which will be the flagship during the first half of 2020. We find the same 6.5-inch OLED screen and 4K resolution, in addition to the Snapdragon 865 processor.
Xperia Pro comes with more storage capacity, It came with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory.
Again, at the back, here is a bunch of 3 cameras made up of 12 MP sensors, next to the ToF sensor. On the other hand, the front has an 8-megapixel camera. The differences between Xperia Pro and Xperia 1 II come with add-ons aimed at capturing the attention of video professionals.
Below, in addition to the usual USB-C, the Xperia Pro has a small HDMI port that allows it to be used as an external monitor with professional cameras. Like the Xperia 1 II's phone, it arrives at 5G, but in this case we also find a system with four antennas designed to provide 5G coverage in 360 °. Sony phone also compatible with mmWave technology for better connection speed.
We are talking about a phone that is still under development, so there is no date of arrival in the market and its price is not yet known. We will have to wait for new announcements from Sony to find out all this information.
