WhatsApp introduces a new way to create groups
WhatsApp is constantly developing new features, and the latest one is about making it easier to create groups and communities within the app. According to the WABetaInfo team, they discovered that WhatsApp is working on adding a way to organize group creation tools in the Chats tab.
This feature was found in the beta version of WhatsApp for Android (version 2.25.1.11), and users who have registered for the beta test can get the update from the Google Play Store.
The feature includes adding new banners under the headings “Simplified creation” and “Create from one space,” which direct you to the Chats tab where you can easily create groups and communities.
A floating chat button will also appear in the bottom right corner, allowing you to easily start a new chat, group, or community. With this update, WhatsApp is further simplifying its interface, which will help improve the user experience and focus within the app.
The information also indicates that Meta may remove the floating action button for creating communities from the “Communities” tab, which will make it more organized and visually appealing.

Currently, the feature is available to a limited group of Android beta users, and it is expected to be available to iOS beta users soon.
